Structural Inspections
A structural inspection helps in confirming the integrity of the weight bearing components of a structure such as foundations, columns, beams, and slabs. Using visual inspections, non-destructive testing, and limited destructive testing our structural engineers can diagnose and determine the extent of any structural issues/damage. Our experience covers fire, wind, hail, rot and termite, slab cracking, and water intrusion.
Structural inspections are required for every residential and commercial building in Florida that is three stories or higher. Our experience has revealed that any story building anywhere can sustain major structural issues that can financially be devastating to the owners when left undetected.
